Now khazanah sell to Mitsui , I just went to Pantai for medical follow up, usually the medician will cost me around RM800, now I have to pay RM1586! , when I ask the cashier why so expensive,they reply these is the directive from management,and I also reply, I will never come to these hospital again ……. say by someone on April 8 , 2011 . If we are Level 3 ( budget between RM 130.00 to RM 300.00 ) , means the comment is not made by us . On the street , a guy complaint ot his friends - medical check up RM 800 ++ is totally crazy . Why ? This is still no full medical check up . True or false , not sure since we are Level 3 ( but to be fair during it increase to eg RM 500 , does someone afford to pay complaint it ? We think they only complaint by the time they begins cannot afford it ) . But certain things like - in medical tourism , has money doesn't mean will get medical treatment already happen eg my friend's boss always say this hospital is A class , that is D class , quite surprise his last treatment is in D hospital because A hospital has classified him as too risky . Nothing surprise if certain doctor has its own business management that if you have 100 low-risk patient , why receive high risk patient ??? Then we have expert advice us - drinking is not healthy , agree ??? Can agree when just after 50 m from hospital , there is outlet promoting Octoberfest - drink more beer ??? Then public hospital service is bad - in past - statement made by Chinese only - now even have pregnant Malay woman say this . Anyway , this is only small small part of medical story - not yet include any medical insurance problem .
